Established in 1991, the Center for Natural Resource Information Technology (CNRIT) serves as a focal point in the Texas A&M System Agricultural Program for research and development that takes a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to information management and decision systems for planning, monitoring and assessing management systems, new technologies and policy relative to the economic well-being of landholders, society and the natural resources supporting future generations.
